APIC Greater NY Chapter 13 convenes on the 3rd Wednesday of each month (except July and August) at Lenox Hill Hospital, in the Theater Room - 2nd Floor, 130 East 77th Street, New York, NY 10075.

2019 Meeting Dates
December 18, 2019 - Annual chapter holiday party sponsored by our chapter! Come and hear chapter highlights by our president Ranekka Dean and incoming president Kyle Willey. Our Infection Control Champion award will be postponed to the January 2020 meeting - learn more at the meeting!
We will announce the winners of our chapter leadership elections. We will also have the following presentations: CIC Certification - New Method to Achieve Recertification, by Kyle Willey, Mount Sinai Hospital; Our Journal Club by Steven Bock, NYU Langone Health; and some of our Professional Development Award winner short presentations.
Lunch and the holiday party will be served at 2:00 pm. We will not have our formal CIC review class after today's meeting, but will resume it in January, 2020. When we have it, it is open to all (free) - right after the meeting and we offer WebEx access to this review class as well.

October 16, 2019 - The regular chapter meeting was postponed to the November chapter meeting on 11/20/19.
October 10, 2019 - THANK YOU to all who attended our day-long Acute Care IP Conference "Infection Prevention in the Era of Regulatory Requirements" and made the day a really big success. We hope that even more IPs can attend our next conference. Until then, come to our chapter meetings each month as they function a lot like a mini conference.
