Infection Prevention Conference
On October 18, 2017, our chapter will hold its
full day IP Conference:
"The Evolving Landscape of Infection Prevention"
This conference, featuring 5 hours of CE credit with our team of speakers, many vendors, and great networking opportunities, will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at the LaGuardia Marriott Hotel, Queens (just across the Grand Central Parkway from LaGuardia airport).

Next, either pay online with the PayPal e-payment link below or enclose a check when you send the form back. There is no extra fee to pay online with your regular credit card or PayPal.

You will NOT be charged any tax or extra transaction fee when you pay online.
When you click Buy Now, you will be taken to a new screen where you will enter the amount you are paying: $150 for APIC members, or $175 for non-APIC members, or applicable vendor contract amount.
First, in the "Description" box, type your name and then put in amount you are paying.
